Associate Global Product Manager – Joint Replacement - Hybrid

DescriptionThis is an entry-level product role designed for candidates early in their product management careers. It is best suited for individuals looking to build foundational experience over the next 1–2 years before progressing into a Product Manager role. Movora is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager – Joint Replacement to support the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our joint replacement portfolio. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a product management role within the medical device or veterinary orthopedic industry.This position is hybrid and includes up to 30% travel.Position OverviewThe Associate Global Product Manager will support the product management team in developing product strategies, analyzing market insights, and helping bring new products to market. This role works closely with teams across sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and regulatory to support product launches and optimize product performance.This position is designed to build foundational product management experience and offers a clear development path toward Product Specialist or Product Manager roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of product strategies and portfolio initiatives within the joint replacement product lineAssist with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growthHelp prepare product positioning, messaging, and training materialSupport product launches through coordination with cross functional teams Assist in tracking product performance and preparing reports for business reviews Partner with sales teams to understand field needs and support product related questions Contribute to the development of sales tools, presentations, and educational materialsParticipate in customer meetings, sales events, and industry conferencesThe above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job.
