SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORPosition DescriptionTo provide direct leadership of youth ages 6-12 in activities, special events and field trips. Assist in planning and organizing camp schedules; supplies; equipment and activities including games, sports, swimming, drama and craft projects. Camp staff will also be responsible for parent communication in regard to Camp NRH operations and camper discipline. Perform other duties as assigned.Working ConditionsWork daily in general indoor/outdoor recreational environment for considerable periods of time.Will be responsible for the safety of others.May be exposed to noise.May work in confined spaces for short periods of time.May be exposed to possible high and low temperatures.May be required to swim in 3 to 9 foot indoor or outdoor pools.What We're Looking ForCompletion of at least (2) years of high school.Valid Texas Class C driver license with a safe driving record.Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.Additional InformationTypical work schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week.Seasonal position May 12 - August 08, 2026Code : 2026015-1Location : NRH CENTREPosting Start : 02/17/2026MINIMUM HOURLY RATE: $12.98
