Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of Parcelle Group’s flagship properties: Parcelle Chinatown, Parcelle Greenwich Village, Mitsuru, Tolo, Sunn’s and associated partners.  This position will lead the operational strategy and execution for all venues, ensuring alignment with company goals, high service standards, and a consistent guest experience. The Director of Operations is accountable for building strong, value-led teams, developing leadership at all levels, and fostering a cohesive company culture that supports high performance, accountability and professionalism.
