Make objective calls that are best for the business, and handle sensitive information with care.12+ years in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with at least 5 years as a final decision-maker in in-house People OpsProven builder of scalable people ops programs from 0 to 200 headcountLed cross-functional teams through SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR certificationsOwnership & Accountability: Confident, clear, and direct with all comms - from ICs to Co-Founders to Exec team and board members. Tailors communication to the room, delivers hard messages to any audience, and drives / manages up with transparency and accountability.Proven track record reporting directly to and managing up to CEOs and Co-Founders at Seed to Series B startupsStrong business acumen with examples of owning and connecting ops decisions and process to growth outcomesPay range and compensation packageUpon joining the Knit team, you will receive a competitive salary + commission plan if applicable to role, Equity Options, Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision), and Additional Coverage, a company laptop and one-time, onboarding Technology Stipend, a 401(k) with company match, flexible time-off, hybrid working, and more!In accordance with New York pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000.
