Responsibilities
Lead and supervise multiple teams across various sites, ensuring all operational tasks are executed efficiently and to company standards.
Oversee janitorial, custodial, laundry, and general cleaning services to guarantee a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment.
Manage daily schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize productivity while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster leadership skills and promote a culture of excellence.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Implement operational procedures for commercial cleaning projects in diverse environments such as hotels, offices, or healthcare facilities.
Maintain detailed records of site activities, staff schedules, inventory levels, and incident reports for accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives that enhance team engagement, safety protocols, and operational efficiency across all locations under your supervision.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in cleaning services or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Extensive janitorial experience including knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Experience managing laundry operations or hotel housekeeping services is highly desirable.
Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence in diverse environments such as hotels or healthcare facilities.
Ability to develop training programs for staff on cleaning protocols, safety practices, and customer interaction.
