Chef David LeFevre has carved a niche in Manhattan Beach with eclectic, chef driven restaurants focusing on soulful food, engaging service, hand crafted cocktails and boutique wine selections. Manhattan Beach Post opened in April 2011, Fishing With Dynamite in April 2013 and The Arthur J in June 2015. We are looking to recruit skilled, highly passionate, experienced and motivated Servers @ Fishing with Dynamite.A qualified Server Candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years serving experience in a high volume/upscale restaurant rich in food culture and artisanal product a foodie at heart. Thoughtful and engaging service that builds relationships with our Guests will be the stamp of any qualified candidate. Excellent knowledge of wine is required to navigate friendly, but deep selection. Candidates for all positions will possess humility, respect and integrity.A flexible schedule is preferred lunch and dinner hours will be required. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building.
