Serves as the senior point of accountability for contract execution, financial performance, and personnel management, and actively participates in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, and progress reviews as directed by the Government.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive program management across all subtask areas, including program oversight and engagement, financial reporting, administrative and operational support, production metrics, CDRL reporting compliance, and Other Direct Costs trackingActively participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other relevant events as directed by the Government, including management oversight, technical expertise, and cost analysis discussionsProvide real-time contract and financial information to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) upon request or as needed to support program oversightSubmit reports detailing root causes and mitigation plans with timelines for resolution if assigned tasks or projects fall behind scheduleMaintain a formal risk management and lessons learned program to support continuous process improvement; share results with the Government as changes occur and upon requestDeliver an initial Monthly Financial Status Report (MFSR) to the COR and KO 30 days following contract award and by the 5th calendar day of each month thereafterDeliver a live, web-based Financial and Resource Management (FRM) Dashboard within 30 days of contract award, leveraging a government-owned and controlled platform with an existing Authority to Operate (ATO)Ensure the FRM Dashboard provides secure, real-time access to integrated financial, personnel, and scheduling data, featuring interactive visualizations for Key Performance Indicators, burn rate status, invoice status, expenditure trends, forecast modeling, CLIN/SLIN details, EAC/ETC metrics, contract modifications, task-level resource allocation, and personnel statusProvide ongoing technical support, periodic enhancements, and training to designated Government personnel on the FRM DashboardPerform all necessary administrative support functions including contract financial management, accounting, reporting, precision scheduling, and oversight of mission support operationsManage tasks, coordinate efficient logistics support, and maintain control mechanisms to ensure operational continuityMaintain a live dashboard integrated into the FRM Dashboard, securely partitioned from financial data, displaying daily production metrics, operational requirements, and CDRL reportingImplement a formal process for reviewing and submitting all contract deliverables in support of the Quality Control Plan (QCP)Track all Other Direct Costs (ODCs) incurred by contract personnel and ensure real-time display on the FRM Dashboard with associated documentationEnsure all ODCs are approved in writing by the KO or COR prior to expenditureBe responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and other contract requirementsRequired Qualifications10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administrationResponsibilities include task assignment and review, setting project pace, monitoring work-in-progress, and verifying successful completion of deliverablesDemonstrated ability to work independently in initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversightRequired Education: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor's degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience in the same disciplinesTS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearancePreferred QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Army Military IntelligenceDegree from an accredited institution with a strong academic reputationDesired Certifications: CBA, ITIL, CGFM, CDFM, CCP, CMA, PMP, CDPNorth Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions!
