Title: Director of EngineeringLocation - Denver, CO (South) **Candidates must currently reside in Denver. No relocation**Type: Salaried, Full-timeSalary: Commensurate with experience ($180K)Responsibilities:Supervise and guide Engineering TeamWork directly with vendor partners and internal teams to drive Broadband product deliveries and FW releasesWork directly with operator customers to drive Broadband product trials, deployments, integrations and firmware releases related to product lifecycleWork with our Operator Customers on deployment strategies and in-depth engineering supportWork directly with the Product Team, Sales Team, QA Team and Customer Support Team as a broadband subject matter expert (SME)Manage requirement definition, integration and troubleshooting across current and future Broadband and managed Wi-Fi device portfolioAdvise on Broadband related technology and infrastructure to better support and test our broadband product line across integrations and FW releasesParticipate in and advise on lab and equipment management and buildout as neededExperience and Skills:7+ years of experience in Wi-Fi design, deployment, and troubleshootingExperience managing and directing at least a small team of engineersExperience with Broadband and Wi-Fi tools, software, technologies and protocolsExcellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skillsExperience with Wi-Fi network performance optimization and managed Wi-Fi platformsExperience with PON across multiple OLT and ONT/ONU vendorsExperience with network architecture and designExperience with Android TV and IPTV in general is a plusSkills: Broadband, Wi-Fi, ACS, Plume, PON, OLT, ONT/ONU, Managed Wi-Fi Platform(s), Deployment Processes, Customer Support Processes, Microsoft Office Platforms, Jira (or other), IPTV / Android TV (nice to have)Location: This position is based in the southern location of the Denver Tech Center, and is an in-office roleSome travel: 15%Benefits: They offers a competitive benefits package that includes family health insurance, dental and vision plans, a flexible spending account, long term disability, vacation and a 401K plan.
