Industrial On-Site Maintenance Technician

We're growing, and we're looking for forward-thinking, motivated teammates who want to help build something meaningful-where your contributions count, and your voice is heard.About the Role:We are hiring a Maintenance Technician with a strong commercial electrical background to handle the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of warehouse equipment-including dock levelers, overhead doors, truck restraints, and overhead cranes. This role requires someone who's electrically and mechanically skilled, reliable, and takes pride in doing quality work. You'll read blueprints, schematics, operate tools, and work both independently and with a crew to get the job done right-while always putting safety first. If you like building, troubleshooting, solving mechanical problems, and being part of a dependable, safety-focused team-we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Install and service warehouse and dock equipment, including overhead doors, dock levelers, restraints, and cranesTroubleshoot and repair both new and existing equipmentFollow manufacturer instructions, blueprints, and electrical/wiring schematicsComplete work orders thoroughly and communicate job progress or issues clearlyUse power tools, hand tools, and operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor liftsWork safely at heights and adhere to all company safety protocolsSkills & Experience We're Looking For:Ability to work Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm and cover other shifts and weekend overtime when neededStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical documentsComfortable using power and hand toolsCapable of working at heights and operating lift equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust provide steel-toe boots (all other safety gear is provided)High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with overhead cranes, commercial dock and door equipment or warehouse system installations preferredElectrical experience preferredBenefits:All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
