Housekeeping/Maintenance Tech The clubhouse at this community is the hub of activity for the residents and it should always present well to those who walk through our front doors. Looking for a positive, reliable and enthusiastic person to add to our on-site residential community team. Candidate must be polite and courteous and trustworthy to residents in addition to being responsible and able to communicate and work closely with other staff members. Position to include the cleaning/wiping/dusting/vacuuming/taking trash out at lobbies, foyer, kitchens, mailrooms, corridors, restrooms and other community rooms and offices. In addition, the qualified candidate will also be assisting the on-site maintenance crew with resident work orders. Maintenance tasks include but not limited to building and ground maintenance.
