Licensed Discovery Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Discovery Litigation Counsel to support complex litigation and government investigations. Key Responsibilities Manage discovery for a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions and product liability cases Conduct factual investigations and oversee collaboration with outside counsel on discovery strategy Develop and manage the company's e-discovery strategy and advise on litigation risks and best practices Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in discovery responsibilities Juris Doctor (JD) required and must be a licensed attorney in at least one U.S. state Strong understanding of discovery and e-discovery processes Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer products industries is a plus Proficiency with e-discovery tools, particularly Relativity
