Java Node FSE Lead DeveloperOur client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Java Node FSE Lead Developer for their Woodland Hills, CA/ Atlanta, GA/ Richmond, VA/ Hybrid/ Remote :Strong hands on experience in Java backend development using Spring Boot for enterprise applicationsStrong tech lead experience, experience leading POD teams across locations in multiple time zones including offshore teams.Proven experience mentoring team members, troubleshooting and resolving issues faced by team.Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservicesProven experience building SPA applications using Angular or React JSHands on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatchExperience with SQL/No SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Aurora)Experience with AI agents using Windsurf, Copilot AI for faster development lifecycle.Conceptual & Enterprise Skills:Strong understanding of backend system design, microservices architecture, scalability, and high availability patternsAbility to translate business requirements into well designed, secure, and scalable backend APIs and servicesExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery modelsStrong problem solving skills and ability to debug production issues and perform RCAExperience collaborating with cross functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Architects)Experience understanding custom AI Agents, Automating using AI Agents.Preferred Qualifications:Experience deploying Java Spring Boot and Node JS backend applications in production AWS environmentsStrong hands on experience in Node Js in backend development for services, APIs, and automation using Express JS, Next JSExposure to Docker / containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline)Experience with messaging/event driven systems (SNS, SQS, Kafka – preferred)Familiarity with security concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, and IAM best practicesExperience with using Windsurf for automating recurring processes building MCPs in windsurf.Why Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
