In this role, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service while delivering high-quality food and beverages that enhance each guest’s dining experience.This position may require flexible scheduling availability.RequirementsJob Requirements:Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming, attentive dining experienceTake food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely mannerOffer menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer guest questionsEnsure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality and presentation standardsCheck in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfactionAccurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactionsMaintain a clean, organized dining area and follow all sanitation guidelinesWork closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth serviceJob QualificationsPrevious serving or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to providing excellent guest serviceThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
