What You'll Do

Develop strong partnerships with insurance adjusters, agents, and property managers.
Leverage your industry knowledge to position our restoration services effectively.
Host lunch & learns, make office visits, and represent our brand in the field.
Tap into your existing network — and build it bigger.
Drive Revenue & Territory Growth
Identify and secure new commercial and residential opportunities.
Manage and grow a consistent referral pipeline.
Track leads and performance in CRM systems.
Follow up quickly and professionally via phone, text, and email.
Be the Face of the Brand
Attend networking events and community functions.
Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience.
Monitor market trends and stay ahead of competitors.
What You'll Need
Proven sales and relationship marketing experience.
Strong insurance industry knowledge (property claims process required).
Confidence speaking in front of professionals and groups.
Tech proficiency (CRM, email, digital communication tools).
Excellent time management and follow-through.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be insurable under company auto policy.
Willingness to drive a company-provided vehicle daily.
