The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales with a strong background in the general or retail insurance agency sector to lead the sales team in prospecting and negotiating with new healthcare insurance portal customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for both individual and group sales, including the management of carrier relationships, and must have the ability to generate new business through various sales techniques. This role requires a leader who can build and manage a small team of account executives, providing training, support, and mentorship to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals.
The ideal candidate for the SVP of Sales position at the company will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be goal-oriented, and possess the ability to execute a sales system effectively. They should be adept at sales operations, including sales presentations, and have a deep understanding of the health insurance industry.
