Call Center Specialist
FFR is a leader in providing revenue cycle management services to our clients. Our industry is experiencing technology converging with customer service offering us the ability to service consumers through multiple channels of communication. We partner with our clients to assist in their revenue management by working with consumers to move forward from their debt. Through automation and customized payment options, we go above and beyond for our clients to close the final phase of revenue management. We are seeking Call Center Specialists to join the FFR team. Input data into software system
Set up Payment Schedules
Dispute Resolution
Misc. Administrative Duties
Make Outgoing Calls as Needed

Pay: $23.00 per hour
