The Product Development organization is responsible for the technology enablement and development of these technologies for our customers, along with the tools used by our teams to support them.We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer III with a strong background in AI and machine learning to join our growing AI engineering team. In this role, you will provide expertise in the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems and AI-powered products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to bring cutting-edge innovations to production at scale. You'll provide technical recommendations regarding architecture and implementation approaches across our platform.ResponsibilitiesDeliver AI-driven software solutions and servicesCollaborate with research and product teams to translate ML models into scalable production applicationsArchitect robust, scalable, and low-latency backend systems and AI pipelinesGuide the design and implementation of APIs, microservices, and data pipelines supporting AI workloadsProvide recommendations regarding AI best practices, including ethical AI and model interpretability considerationsOptimize machine learning models for performance, cost, and accuracy in production environmentsDeliver software components that meet agreed-upon reliability, testing, and observability requirementsStay updated with advancements in AI/ML and drive continuous improvement of the tech stackRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of software development experienceExcellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions in complex stakeholder environmentsProficiency in Python, JavaScript, GIT, NodeJS, and Code BlocksExperience optimizing AI systems for performance, reliability, and scaleExperience with Google CES, along with prompt engineering, is an added advantageExperience with Google Cloud capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders and project teams
