Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: St Joseph, Missouri, United StatesPay Rate: $40/hr to $45/hr (Negotiable)Fully onsite!Job Skills/Responsibilities:Seeking candidates with ~7+ years of manufacturing/facilities experience, leading operations of infrastructure systems and equipment supporting manufacturing processes.Requires strong technical background across HVAC, electrical services, plumbing, chillers, and water treatment systems.Must have experience leading and coaching engineering/maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Engineering budget ownership/management experience is important.Strong people management skills required, as this role leads a team.EPA Universal (CFC) certification is required/preferred.About SSI People: With over 26 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
