M&A IT Integration Program ManagerPosition: M&A IT Integration Program ManagerLocation: Chicago, ILDuration: 12 MonthsClient is one of the worlds largest insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firms.Seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the integration of a large-scale Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiative.This role will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment with strategic objectives, and timely delivery of integration milestones.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex M&A integrations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A integration program, ensuring alignment with clients strategic goals and objectives.Workstream Coordination: Oversee multiple workstreams, including operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, and other functional areas, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the integration program.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the integration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural alignment across the organization.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the integration program.Compliance: Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and clients internal policies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on M&A integrations.Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred.Preferred Skills:Experience in the insurance, risk management, or consulting industry.Familiarity with clients business model and operations.Strong financial acumen and understanding of organizational change management principles.
