We operate through two segments – the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment.Job DescriptionThe Pricing & Merchandise Specialist is responsible for maintaining in-store presentation and controlling inventory pricing practices to meet or beat planned inventory shrink and improve margins. The Pricing & Merchandise Specialist supports the Sales Team by maintaining accurate pricing on products, ensuring proper tagging, signing, and use of starbursts to convey value to customers. The Pricing & Merchandising Specialist provides store leadership, a key resource to improve communications and business performance. They are accountable for complying to the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices.
