SERVICE SCHEDULING COORDINATORLocation: San Francisco, CAWork Environment: 100% OnsiteSchedule: Friday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PMPay: $37.82/hrEmployment: Full-Time W-2 ContractWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduling Coordinator to support the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of a growing autonomous vehicle fleet.In this role, you will coordinate vehicle schedules, testing resources, transportation, testing sites, equipment, and other logistics to ensure vehicles are available for the highest-priority missions and testing needs.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling, logistics, dispatch, fleet coordination, project coordination, or operations who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage daily vehicle scheduling and testing activities using internal scheduling tools• Coordinate vehicle transportation and testing site bookings and confirmations• Track test equipment and other resources to support efficient asset utilization• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation, spreadsheets, metrics, equipment records, and communication channels• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to internal and external stakeholders• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up to keep activities on schedule• Support project teams across engineering, technical, and operational functions• Follow established processes while adapting to changing operational priorities• Assist with additional logistics and operational needs as required• Help ensure vehicles, equipment, and testing resources are ready for priority missionsQUALIFICATIONS• 0–3 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, logistics, operations, project coordination, or a related field• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills• Experience working with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, metrics, or collaboration tools• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment• Strong follow-through and ability to independently manage assigned tasks• Experience with transportation, fleet, automotive, testing, engineering, or autonomous vehicles is a plus• Willingness to work onsite and support off-hours communication when neededSCHEDULEFriday–Tuesday6:00 AM–2:30 PMLOCATIONSan Francisco, CA100% OnsiteThis role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, dependable, and comfortable coordinating people, resources, schedules, and logistics in a fast-moving technical environment.
