Daze Printing is an evolving boutique print studio specializing in premium, design-forward screen printing for brands, businesses, musicians, coffee shops, and artists who care deeply about quality. We produce elevated merchandise with an emphasis on craftsmanship, intentional production, and standout customer experiences.We’re seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Lead Screen Printing Press Operator to help drive production excellence as we continue refining our shop into a high-end, one-of-a-kind print studio.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, efficiency, troubleshooting, and producing exceptional work someone who wants to help shape and elevate a premium production environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up, register, operate, and break down automatic and manual screen printing pressesPrint consistently at high quality with water-based and discharge inksMix inks accurately and maintain color consistencyTroubleshoot press, registration, and production issues independentlyMaintain production efficiency while protecting quality standardsEnsure jobs are completed accurately and on scheduleReclaim, coat, and burn screens as neededMaintain equipment and assist with preventative maintenanceKeep production areas clean, organized, and running efficientlyMaintain clear and consistent production notesCommunicate clearly with production leadership and customer success teamsAssist in improving systems, workflows, and print processesTrain and support junior production staffQualifications:2+ years of screen printing experience preferred (automatic press strongly preferred)Strong experience with registration, troubleshooting, and production flowKnowledge of water-based inks, discharge, and/or plastisolExceptional attention to detailAbility to maintain speed without sacrificing qualityComfortable in a deadline-driven production environmentStrong problem-solving skillsReliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedAbility to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbsBonus Points:Leadership or team training experienceExperience with premium apparel brandsFamiliarity with Printavo, Trello, or similar systemsExperience with Adobe SuiteSpecialty printing knowledge (sim process, puff, specialty inks, relabeling)Passion for apparel, design, and evolving print cultureWho You AreYou care about:Clean printsTight registrationEfficient productionPremium standardsProblem-solvingBuilding something exceptionalYou aren’t looking for “just another print shop job.”You want to be part of a studio pushing for better.Join Daze Printing and help us create some damn good work.
