Program Manager - Wiring

Overview In this role you drive end-to-end program launches for wiring initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to meet customer milestones and financial targets. You serve as the primary Lear liaison, ensuring quality through APQP and managing gate reviews. You’ll partner with engineering, quality, sales, and purchasing to deliver on time and within budget, shaping key customer programs. This position offers visibility across platforms and a path to impact product creation and manufacturing excellence.
