Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Licensing Broker located in San Francisco, CA. The Patent Licensing Broker will lead efforts to commercialize patents by identifying licensing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, establishing relationships with potential licensees, and providing strategic recommendations for intellectual property (IP) assets. The role also involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align licensing strategies with the company’s goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Intellectual Property and Patent Licensing, with a strong understanding of licensing strategiesExpertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Trend AnalysisSales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to create and execute licensing agreementsStrong Communication and Relationship Management skills to work with clients and stakeholdersAttention to detail, Organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or licensing certifications are a plusExperience in the medtech or healthcare industry is highly desirableSelf-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in an on-site team environment
