This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.What you will doDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI aligned with operational and strategic goals.Develop and manage datasets, data models, and data transformations within Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft SQL Server, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting of data pipelines and ETL processes supporting assigned solutions.Integrate data from multiple systems into cohesive, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions. Optimize data models, queries, and reporting solutions for performance and scalability.Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.Partner with Prevea stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting strategies. Collaborate with operational leaders and HSHS IT teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting processes.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and documentation across reporting solutions.Drive continuous improvement of data, reporting processes, and tools while supporting best practices. Remain current on analytic technologies including SQL, ETL tools, and reporting platforms.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field RequiredExperience Qualifications4-6 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or BI development. RequiredExperience with healthcare operations, access, or revenue cycle.
