Front Office Coordinator
LHH is partnering with a non profit association in the Washington, DC area to fill an on going temporary Front Office Coordinator position. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and prior administrative experience. The ideal candidate must be available to work onsite five days a week. Hourly pay will range from $20-$23 per hour based on experience. The Front Office Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also providing essential administrative and office support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls; manage voicemail messages and call logsMaintain a neat and organized front office and reception areaManage conference room scheduling and prepare rooms for meetingsReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveriesOrder and maintain office and kitchen supplies; liaise with vendors as neededProvide general administrative support to attorneys and staff, including calendar management, data entry, filing, and document preparationAssist with onboarding tasks for new employees and coordination of internal eventsSupport firm-wide initiatives and perform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office role (legal or professional services experience strongly preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor with excellent customer service abilitiesHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentDependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality at all timesWork Schedule:Full-time, Monday through FridayOnsite presence requiredBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
