Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead a growth marketing pod and drive the execution and optimization of a paid acquisition strategy. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership—owning performance across a portfolio of campaigns while ensuring strong operational execution.As a pod lead within the Growth Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across creative, production, and analytics to help scale a high-growth, digital-first consumer brand. The team operates like a full-service agency—leveraging advanced acquisition strategies, marketing analytics, and innovative creative to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily growth marketing operations for your pod, including planning, creative development, campaign management, and performance analysis.Manage and mentor a high-performing team, optimizing talent development, workflows, resource allocation, and execution.Drive revenue growth across paid acquisition channels, with a focus on efficiency, scale, and profitability.Lead creative strategy, testing, and innovation to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-performing campaigns.Stay closely connected to performance data, using insights to inform decisions, scale campaigns, and optimize return on ad spend.Conduct research on consumer behavior and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy and creative direction.Monitor trends and identify opportunities, ensuring agility in response to platform changes and performance shifts.Partner with analytics and leadership to evolve reporting, measurement, and attribution models.Streamline workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, contributing to broader team and business growth.This role reports into senior growth marketing leadership.YOUR BACKGROUND3–4 years of experience in growth marketing, DTC, or a high-caliber strategic/operational role (e.g., consulting, tech, finance) with a track record of driving results.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in performance marketing, paid social, and creative strategy is a strong plus.Proven people manager with experience leading high-performing teams (ideally 4+ direct reports).Strategic thinker with a balance of creative and analytical capabilities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Interest in joining a high-growth, disruptive consumer brand and building a long-term career in marketing.Curiosity about consumer behavior and passion for understanding the customer.WHO WE AREWe are a consumer technology company that builds and scales digital-first brands, disrupting traditional industries through innovation and data.
