Help Desk & AV Sr Specialist
Job DescriptionWhy This Role is Important to UsReporting to the Supervisor, End User Support, the Helpdesk & Audio-Visual Sr. Specialist will design, install, and support conferencing and collaboration systems in a variety of Technological communications environments. This candidate will oversee the design and installation of audio-visual equipment and create / update documentation for solutions. They will also assist with in-person office meetings utilizing conference room technology. The candidate will be responsible for managing any project installation and maintenance with vendors for conference room equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance testing and quickly diagnose problems.What We're Looking ForRequired Education: • Associates / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information SystemsDesired Education: • Crestron and Cisco Collaboration certificationsRequired Experience:• At least 1 to 2 years of experience with audiovisual and/or video production• 1 to 2 years of IT / AV Helpdesk ExperienceRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, and Poly unified communications systems• Comfortable working with Cisco Webex, Zoom and Microsoft TeamsDesired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:• BrightSign digital signage
