Amergis Staffing is currently seeking LPNs of all levels for an assignment working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Columbia, SC.Perfect Agency Position for New Grads looking to get into a Psych/IDD Position!!!Position Details:• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extensions Available)• Number of Openings: 2• Shift Length: 12hrs• Start Date: 4/7/2026• Schedule: Days and Nights• Orientation: Orientation: 4/7-4/17 (8a-5p) - Tues-Friday and then Monday-FridayAdditional Information:Temp to perm positionLPNs work 12 hour shifts (Days and Nights) - Mostly Day OpeningsNeeds to have open availability- house manager can work with days that need to be off when communicated well in advance. - Please send RTO prior to orientationColumbia, Hopkins, and North East Columbia house locations - May be asked to FLOATLPN will convert to perm staff after 520 hours (~13 weeks)The LPNs assists individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges with growth and development of interpersonal skills and Activities of Daily Living in the home, community or residential setting. The LPN works directly with the resident and provides daily medication. The LPN should follow the guidance of the resident/ patients Individual Service Plan.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides training/assistance to assigned individuals with Interpersonal skills and activities of daily living in accordance with the outcomes and goals in the individual's support plan and under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Program Coordinator, or Program DirectorReports any changes in status to Team Leader, Program Coordinator, or Program DirectorDocuments care accurately per company policies and procedures and turns documentation in on a timely basis.
