If you enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and building strong customer relationships, this role puts you at the center of it all.As a Field Service Technician, you'll install, maintain, and repair HP Indigo digital presses, ensuring peak performance and uptime at customer locations. This field-based position blends advanced technical troubleshooting with customer onboarding, operator coaching, and production ramp-up support to drive long-term success.What You'll Do:Install and commission HP Indigo presses at customer sitesDiagnose and resolve electrical (AC/DC), mechanical, and software issuesPerform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and press calibrationsProvide responsive on-site and remote technical supportDeliver structured ramp-up training for operators and production teamsEducate customers on workflow, color management, troubleshooting, and quality controlDocument service activity and partner with internal technical teamsYou'll also utilize advanced diagnostic tools and AI-enabled systems to accelerate troubleshooting and improve service efficiency.Skills & Expertise You Bring:Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field3+ years of Digital Printing Equipment field service experienceStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to use a multimeterUnderstanding of digital press technology and workflow systemsExcellent communication and customer training abilitiesFlexibility to travel frequentlyBenefits Offered:$26+/hour competitive payComprehensive Indigo training and certificationCareer development within a global organizationMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance options available.401(k) - an optional savings plan to build toward your future.The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
