We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.We are actively hiring an Assistant Project Manager who will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of construction and operational projects. This role assists in organizing work assignments across multiple project teams, developing and tracking project cost and schedule performance, maintaining project documentation, and supporting communication between field operations, internal support teams, and customer stakeholders. The Assistant Project Manager works under the direction of the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for supporting project administration, reporting, and coordination to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations. This position requires some travel to field projects where the employee will drive a non-commercial company vehicle. Please note that our application includes driving questions to comply with internal driving processes.Ideal Start Date: June 1, 2026Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & PlanningAssist in organizing work assignments and coordinating project activitiesSupport development and maintenance of project schedulesAssist in determining resource requirements and tracking project staffing needsCoordinate project setup, coding, and baseline project informationTrack project milestones and deliverablesSupport communication with customers and internal stakeholdersPerform additional project or operational support duties as assignedCost Tracking & ReportingDevelop project budget take-offsReview and assist with coding of timesheets, invoices, and production quantitiesMaintain cost reports, progress reports, and KPI tracking.
