What You'll Be Doing: Own troubleshooting across systems, networks, and hardware (Tier I/II) Keep enterprise environments running O365, Azure, Cisco UC, servers Install, configure, patch, and optimize systems across the environment Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and drive uptime Support VTC, connectivity, and operational database systems Track incidents, create reports, and contribute to operational continuity What We're Looking For: 510 years of hands-on systems administration experience Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification) Strong experience with enterprise IT environments and troubleshooting Ability to operate in a mission-focused, team-driven setting Active DoD clearance TS/SCI Level Why This Role: Direct support to USSOCOM mission operations High-impact, highly visible environment Strong team, steady program, and long-term opportunity
