Blo Blow Dry Bar Morristown is looking for an energetic, polished, and motivated Guest Services Beauty & Sales Superstar to join our growing team. This is not your average front desk position we are looking for someone who can deliver an elevated guest experience, confidently sell memberships/products, and assist with makeup applications when needed. Position Responsibilities: Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and excitement Manage front desk operations, booking appointments, guest check in/out Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media inquiries Recommend and sell: Mane Squeeze memberships, retail haircare products, add-on services Maintain salon flow and support stylists throughout the day Assist with light makeup application / touch ups when needed Keep salon clean, polished, and luxury guest ready at all times Help create a positive, upbeat team environment Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is: Beauty, hair, and makeup obsessed Comfortable applying makeup or has previous makeup experience Confident speaking to guests and closing sales Friendly, outgoing, polished, and professional Highly organized and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability is required Qualifications: Previous salon, spa, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Sales experience strongly preferred Makeup application experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation Must be dependable and team oriented Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly pay Commission opportunities on: membership sales, retail product sales, add-on service upgrades Employee discounts on services + products Fun, high-energy, luxury beauty environment Growth opportunities within management and beauty sales Why Work at Blo Morristown?
