Im a full time structural welder and I need someone for a couple hours in the morning to get them up and get them ready for the boys & girls club for the summer and during the school year its just making sure they are ready and out the door before thier bus arrives to thier designated pickup. Sometimes but not always I just need them pick up before 6 during the summer from the boys & girls and before 7 during school year when im working later. If I happen to be sent out on field work I t can be a discussion on staying at our house during that time.
