Responsibilities: Design Excellence: Leverage Revit and Lumion to transform stakeholder concepts into vivid 3D models and functional architectural plans. Precision Drafting: Orchestrate the production of high-quality construction documents (CDs) and interior design specifications. Code Mastery: Navigate building systems and local codes to ensure every project is safe, compliant, and sustainable. Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineers to refine design calculations, review technical specs, and finalize design estimates. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's (M.Arch.) is a major plus. Experience: 1–3 years in an architecture/engineering firm. We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of a professional studio. Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Revit. Proficiency in Lumion or similar 3D visualization software is required. Mindset: A blend of creative flair and technical discipline. You should be as comfortable presenting to a client as you are deep in a spreadsheet of quantities.
