Your work directly impacts the performance, safety, and reliability of advanced aviation systems. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and craftsmanship are key to success.What You’ll DoRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, and specificationsPerform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspectionUse hand tools, electrical tools, and precision measuring equipmentMaintain inventory and organization at your workstationConduct quality checks, identify defects, and document findingsPerform rework and repairs per engineering updatesFollow all quality standards and safety proceduresKeep a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentStand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs as neededRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience (or 3 years of experience in lieu of diploma/GED)Minimum of 3 years of assembly and testing experience (required)Ability to read and follow technical documentation and instructionsThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
