Travel Mammography Technologist - Mammography

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based mammography experience and proficiency in advanced breast imaging and interventional procedures. Job Details • Hospital-based mammography department with a high-volume, advanced breast imaging environment, • Procedures include prone biopsies, upright biopsies, breast localizations, and contrast-enhanced mammography, • 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, with one weekday off per week based on department scheduling needs, • Epic EMR experience preferred, • Hologic Dimensions equipment experience preferred, • No floating, weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements, Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of recent Mammography Technologist experience in a hospital setting, • Strong experience with advanced breast imaging and interventional procedures including prone and upright biopsies, breast localizations, and contrast-enhanced mammography, • Active BLS, ARRT (R) & (M) certifications required, • Active Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) license required - license required if applicable, • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, • 2 professional references required for consideration, Additional Information • This is not an entry-level role - candidates must be comfortable performing complex diagnostic and interventional breast imaging procedures with minimal ramp-up time, • Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same rate, except candidates applying to the Great Bend campus must reside outside a 60-mile radius of that facility
