You will work closely with the Project Manager and lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality results.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate pre-construction meetings, emphasizing safety and project recommendations.Oversee pre-fab and onsite construction, ensuring project safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.Report daily progress to the Project Manager.Supervise contract inspectors and resolve material, construction, and scheduling conflicts.Coordinate testing and start-up of installed equipment, develop punch lists, and manage project closeout documentation.RequirementsBachelor's degree or applicable experience in gas facilities construction.Understanding of the Michigan Gas Safety Code and Federal Part 192 gas facilities standards.Experience in field and equipment operations.Strong conflict management and decision-making skills.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.PreferencesExperience with record management and negotiating.Proficiency in organizing, planning, and priority setting.Integrity and trustworthiness in managing and measuring project outcomes.Join us in delivering exceptional service to the Lansing community.
