Job Title:Project Management Consultant - Coordination and Automation Location:Juno Beach (preferred) Schedule:Standard Office Hours (EST) Duration:12-Month Contract Pay:$40-45/hour Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced contractor to support project management operations while driving digital reporting and automation initiatives within the Engineering & Construction team. This role combines project coordination with data reporting and workflow automation responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day project management activities and team coordinationDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BIBuild and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline processesManage and organize Power BI workspaces and applications, including governance and cleanup of existing contentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and drive continuous improvementsEssential Duties and FunctionsAssist in project tracking, scheduling, and coordination across teamsDevelop and enhance reporting solutions to improve visibility into project performanceMaintain and optimize existing dashboards and automation workflowsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and proper governance within reporting systemsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimizationWork cross-functionally to align reporting outputs with business needsRequired QualificationsProven experience with Microsoft Power BI (report and dashboard development, workspace management)Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (workflow/flow design and maintenance)Background in project management support or coordinationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in infrastructure, energy, or construction industriesFamiliarity with project controls or capital project reportingKey SkillsData visualization and dashboard developmentWorkflow automation and process improvementProject coordination and stakeholder communicationData governance and reporting optimizationTime management and multitasking ...
