The successful candidate will join our team of attorneys and support staff to provide outstanding legal services to our clients in Statesboro, GA, and the surrounding areas. If this resonates with you, keep reading.Responsibilities:Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions.Managing and organizing case files, including gathering and organizing relevant documents, evidence, and exhibits.Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings, mediations, and meetings.Providing administrative support to attorneys, including maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant.Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Critical attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Bonus Points:Paralegal certificationExperience with Clio ManageEven more experienceWe are investing in building our A-Team.
