About the Job:Lead by ExampleBe a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. Team Development:Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members. Facility Maintenance:Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers). Operational Excellence:Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
