You will be off by at least 3:30 PM on every shift you work. Role Overview: As a Server, your mission is to create memorable dining experiences by serving food and drinks while attending to guests' needs with warmth and genuine care. Key Responsibilities:Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service to guests. Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations. Foster a friendly and upbeat atmosphere through engaging interactions with all guests. Efficiently relay orders to the service bar and kitchen using our state-of-the-art tablet-based system. Carefully observe guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Present guest checks professionally to each table. Assist in cleaning and resetting the dining room tables. Qualifications:A genuine desire to care for others and a willingness to learn and grow. A positive attitude that enhances team dynamics. Ability to perform cleaning tasks regularly throughout the restaurant. Proficient in transporting plates, glasses, and utensils efficiently. Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills. Mobility required throughout the entire shift. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Physical Requirements: Essential physical demands include navigating throughout the restaurant, communicating effectively with guests, lifting and moving items, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
