Title: Travel Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Burlington, VT 05401& Barre, VT 05641.Term: Contract: 13 weeksShift: 8 hrs& 12 hrs shift available.Travel pay rate: $2000/weekly gross on based up to 40 hours& $1800/weekly gross on based up to 36 hours.Requirements:State LPN license.BLS/CPR required.Must be VaccinatedMin 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .Responsibilities:Monitor patients throughout their treatment.Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.Ensure that patients take their medication.Assist doctors and registered nurses.Liaise with patients' families.
