Optimization Developer

To enhance and optimize existing models, the remote Optimization Developer will work on a contract basis, utilizing advanced operations research techniques and optimization software. Key responsibilities Rewrite and enhance existing optimization models to improve performance Utilize Cplex and other commercial optimization software for decision analysis and simulation Apply advanced large-scale optimization methods, including nonlinear and mixed-integer optimization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in optimization and operations research 4+ years of experience with decision analysis, simulation, and stochastic modeling Proficiency in Cplex, C++, and Linux Strong theoretical background in advanced optimization methods
