Caregiver/CNA - FT 2nd Shift

This position provides direct care to residents and assists them with all their ADLs (activities of daily living). Along with ADLs we help assist with activities and meals. This position is mainly for our Memory Care shift 2pm to 10pm. Our pay range is $17 to $18 per hour pending experience. Shift differential for working weekends also.We offer a $1000 sign on bonus to that is paid out quarterly Other Benefits for working for Clarendale are Works Perks Shop, Benefits, 401k, and so much more!Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Caregiver:Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.Responsible for reporting's of resident behavioral changes and the development.Provide daily report to the Charge Nurse and on-coming shifts concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs.Provide care according to the care plan of the resident.Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination with the nurses to provide the best and personalized care we can offer.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:1-2 years experience preferred but not required.Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the communityPass a drug screen, TB Skin test, and a background checkIf you are a CNA and have an active license with over 1 yr of working as a CNA, you may qualify for our Med Tech program.
