Office Assistant
Luxury Property Management LLC headquartered in City of Commerce is seeking a motivated and experienced office assistant to support day-to-day operations. As an office assistant you are responsible for multiple functions and coordinating with the property manager to complete maintenance requests and tenant improvement requests.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
· All clerical duties include answering phone calls, filing, and scanning documents.
· Managing day to day activities and acting as liaisons between property manager, tenants, and owners.
· Scheduling and coordinating general maintenance and emergency repairs for properties.
· Processing and posting tenant notices, contacting, and following up with tenants on renewal notices.
· Managing physical and digital files, monitoring spreadsheets and updated reports to coordinating project materials.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Having college degree. (preferred)
2+ years of clerical experience.
Knowledge of working with AppFolio. (preferred)
Proficiency in English and ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively.
