Office Administrative ServicesExecutive, Legislative, and Other General Government SupportOther Schools and InstructionTravel Arrangement and Reservation ServicesAccounting, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Payroll ServicesJob description:Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.Keeping track of office supplies, ordering and organizing files.Filing/Creating Files/Organizing Tenant Files.Accounting Support: Verifying invoices discrepancies or issues, maintain and update accounting records.Contact vendors to request pricing quotes and communicate with service providers to obtain necessary information.Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, including setup, confirming and communication with attendees when needed.Conflict Resolution: Address tenant concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management or the appropriate department as necessary.Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.Additional tasks as they may be assigned by management or staff.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business administration is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with property management software is a plus.Attributes: Professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 per hour
