Job Summary We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in selling to HR, staffing, or recruitment companies. This is a high-performance, outbound-focused role where you will generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and consistent pipeline development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is confident engaging senior decision-makers, and has a strong track record of booking meetings that convert into revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 100-120 outbound calls per day, focusing on high-quality conversationsBook 10-15 qualified sales appointments per week for Senior Sales ExecutivesIdentify and engage decision-makers within HR, staffing, and recruitment firmsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRMLeverage tools such as ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365 for prospecting and outreachCollaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messagingSupport additional sales initiatives and pipeline-building activities as neededOccasional client visits in-person RequirementsProven experience selling staffing, recruitment, or HR solutionsDemonstrated success in appointment setting that led to closed revenueStrong outbound sales skills, particularly cold calling and lead generationAbility to work independently with high levels of motivation and disciplineExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and CRM management experienceComfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environmentPrior experience in B2B telemarketing or outbound prospecting rolesExperience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with sales tools such as Pipedrive and ZoomInfo Benefits Fully remote role with flexible working hours Work with high-growth international companies Clear career progression to Account Executive and beyond Performance-based bonuses and incentives Direct hire with global clients (not outsourced) Ongoing training, mentorship, and sales development support
