Job Description & RequirementsHematology - Oncology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity:Schedule: M F 8a 5p with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call)Practice Setting: OutpatientType of cases and required procedures: Standard CasesCredentialing timeframe: 90 DaysEMR: EpicCertifications required: Must be Board CertifiedLicensure required: Must have active Washington license or active Compact letterFacility LocationLocated just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner.
