Emergency Medicine - Western Kentucky Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join their team $466,830 Annual Base Compensation + $20,000 Potential Engagement Bonus 75k upfront bonus Join a dedicated team of 14 physicians and 8 APPs 182 nine-hour shifts annually (15.2 shifts/month on average) Staggered shifts, split proportionally between days, swing, and nights $285/hr day/evening; $315/hr night 64 hours of physician coverage, 40 hours of APC coverage (PAs/NPs) per day Average 1.85 patients per hour per physician 65k annual ED visits at the 40-bed Level III Trauma Center 18-county coverage area and a population draw of over 550,000 EMR: EPIC Full benefits package offered including Funded liability insurance/malpractice/tail coverage, multiple retirement plans, full health/medical benefits, $6,000 CME annually, Six weeks of Paid Time Off (includes vacation & CME), student loan forgiveness and residency stipends and more!
